How many months do I pay for in a year?

This depends entirely which month in the year you joined. The price will be updated on the website on the first of a new month. So if you start in May you will pay the price that will be showing in May. You will pay that price till the end of the year. But the total that all parents will pay at the end of the year will be same. So if you join late you pay a bit more every month compared to someone joining in January but the total will be the same.

Do I get a discount if I have more than 1 child?

Yes you get 10% on the total amount for all the kids if you have more than 1 child. Eg if total for 2 kids is R400 than you get R40 off and pay only R360 per month.

What happens if my child is in Grade 7 and fails the grade but I have paid for the High School packages.

For the year that your child will be repeating we will deliver stationery and uniforms as per our agreement because your child will still need new stationery even though they will be repeating a grade. We will then adjust your premiums for the following year taking into consideration what you have paid extra. So your premium will go down the year your child will be repeating.

Will I get the stationery brands that are on the stationery list?

Yes. We will order as per the list and quantity. Quality brands will be the order of the day. All you have to do is send us via email or attach your child’s stationery list on our website and let us do the rest while you enjoy your holidays.

What if the stationery and uniforms cost more than what I have paid during the year?

Then consider yourself lucky as that will not be your problem. We will deliver to
our promise. So don’t worry if you paying too little because you will get
everything your child needs for the year. That’s our promise to you.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

You are welcome to cancel. But if you cancel before you reach 6 months or halfway through your yearly payments then you will lose all your subscriptions up to the date you cancel as we have bank charges and other expenses that are incurred when collecting the money from your account which means we only receive a fraction of what you pay every month because of bank charges. If you cancel after 6 months then you will get stationery and uniforms worth the money you have paid up until the day you cancel. We won’t refund money as this programme is aimed at making sure all kids have stationery and uniforms when schools open. So we will deliver stationery and not money.

What happens if I lose my job during the year?

If you can provide us with documents of your retrenchments then we will provide everything as per our agreement no matter which month you get retrenched as long as your membership is older than 6 months.

What happens if I change banks during the year?

If you can provide us with documents of your retrenchments then we will provide everything as per our agreement no matter which month you get retrenched as long as your membership is older than 6 months.

What happens if I change banks during the year?

If this happens please inform us of your new banking details via email or by calling or ask for our banking details so you can pay directly into our bank account.

Can I make a deposit into your bank account every month instead of having a debit order?

Yes you can do that but there will be a fee you have to pay because we get charged more for deposits so as a company we prefer debit orders but you have the option to deposit just ask for our team for the deposit fee on your account.

When will you deliver and where?

Parents need to send through the stationery list then we can put together the stationery. Once we have everything we will inform you of our delivery date and arrange with you to deliver at home or at your work place or at your child’s school or you can collect from our offices.
